Brittany Gallasch

Brittany Gallasch, is an acting graduate from the Flinders Drama Centre. Passionate about digital storytelling, Brittany is currently studying a Masters in Virtual Production (Flinders University) to create and act in her own motion capture content. She aims to apply her acting training to motion capture projects and voice over for video games, animation, and other digital media.


Brittany is a versatile screen actress, notably featured in the documentary 'The Last Daughter' and has made impactful contributions to local Adelaide short films like 'Through a Daughter's Eyes,' 'Off with A-,' and 'Don't Quite Belong.' During her time in the UK, she also starred in 'The Untimely Revenge of Waffle,' which is gaining recognition on the film festival circuit.

 

In 2023, Brittany was the recipient of the Neil Curnow Award The Helpmann Academy, in partnership with The Independent Arts Foundation, leading to her development in motion capture and physical theatre skills in London. You can read more about her journey here

Brittany also participated in combat-orientated workshops, including the SAFDi National foundations and 'Fight the Good Fight' with Captivate Action. As a Vaulting Ambitions incubator program participant, she enhanced her creative business skills. Additionally, she completed a month-long internship at Fourth Monkey, gaining insights into devising theatre and movement directing. You can read more about her journey here.
